"The pharmacy is a debacle. No pharmacy staff whatsoever and one pharmacist trying unsuccessfully to do the job of three people."

"Terrible service. Do not go here. My doctor had to send the prescription in twice after countless back and forth between how they dont have anything on record. Went back again and still nothing even though we need the medicine before a procedure. No help from them to contact the office for us. Was told they closed for the month of december and just have no records I guess of what was sent in. Communication and transparency is terrible"

"Every time I go into this store I have bad service. This time was the worse. I am sick and my doctor called in a prescription for me. After waiting an hour , I called to see if it was ready andthey had problems finding it and finally reportedand “it will be ready in 5 minutes” .I waited 15 then drove there . Major confusion as usual going on behind the counter. Finally , they looked me up and said it will be a half hour. Why did they tell me 5 minutes twenty minutes ago ? I do not mind waiting but please give an accurate estimate of when it will be ready . If I knew it was going to take an hour I would have left the house later instead of standing around waiting when I already do not feel well and would much rather be waiting in bed . This place needs some serious customer service training ."

"Good for grabbing what you need to stay clean. However as I have changed to natural body cleaning supplies they don't have what I use so go less and less."
