"I chose to stay here for a business meeting because the hotel was new and I figured the rooms would be nice. The rooms are small but new and nice enough. However the walls are so thin you can hear people speaking at conversational tones next door. Completely unacceptable and inappropriate for a newly built hotel. I will never stay here again and would not recommend."
"So they need to be more detailed in their description of the hotel and room type. I booked a room there for the holiday weekend thinking I was getting a standard queen size room. Little did I know I had booked a European hostel style room. The room was so small you could almost lay in the bed, look out the window, and flush the toilet all at the same time. Please read the specs before booking here."
"Absolutely fantastic hotel! Located in Center City, it’s within walking distance to so many amazing shops, food, bars, districts and so much more. There is a Target and CVS right on the corner for convenience items. Staff at the hotel is very friendly and accommodating. Mo at check in have my husband and I a booklet with all the things to do around us and gave us ideas where to go that locals also like to hang out. We’ve already discussed it and when we return to Philly, we will be staying here again!!"
"My partner and I stayed here for 4 nights, the space worked fine for us. We did have to get creative since there was minimal room to store our clothes and other items. I see what Hilton is going for in this property but its going to need tweaks. Like on the app and website it said there was a common area for breakfast, when we arrived it was just a coffee shop with just a few selections. I did digital check in but always swing by the front desk to grab keys in case the app stops working. Thankfully I did as the hotel had Internet problems which seemed to break my digital key after the first evening. At check in no one let us know the Internet was having issues so we couldn't do anything but watch live TV, all the apps were broken. However the hotel Internet worked for personal device access. The Internet also caused a problem when using my hotel credit. The first morning I brought it up at the coffee shop and they said the system was down so they could not charge to the room. I checked later that morning at the desk and she advised me what to tell the team. I noticed by the time we checked out they were buying gift cards for others so there would be less of an issue. The breakfast options got old after 4 days and while I love this neighborhood since I used to live at 21st and Spruce there aren't a lot of options for breakfast other than grab and go, so a few more options from the hotel would have been great. We didn't get to try the hotel restaurants since we came in on Sunday and they're closed and we had already made dinner plans with friends for the rest of the week. The staff was super friendly and I hope Hilton can figure out what works in Philly, in this neighborhood for the brand."
"I stayed here for business and was pleasantly surprised. Check-in was easy and the front desk team was super helpful and kind. I arrived a bit earlier and they still had a room available with my choice of floor level, LOVED THAT. They had great bathroom essentials and the room was spacious and clean. Very comfortable, I was on the 10th floor below their rooftop bar but it didn't bother me at all. They have a restaurant in the lobby with great bites, and a small cafe for coffee and pastries. Can't be the location very convenient and close to everything. I would stay here again and would recommend it to anyone staying downtown Philly. Oh extra bonus, they had security at night. 4 stars because I have a thing with shower curtains, and mine was dirty (didn't complain about it though, just an oversight.)"
