"They are the most inconvenient rite aid I've ever been to. They say on their website and voicemail that they close at 10pm. I got there at 930 and the the employees were leaving. They said they were closed and I told them it says you're open until 10pm. They shrugged their shoulders and got in their car. The teenager cashiers are miserable, the drive thru is closed.most of the time,shelves seem pretty empty as they are always out of products, and it tales forever to get your prescriptions."

"Appreciate the hours of this store and convenient location. Store is clean and bright. I fill all rx here. I suspect low ratings are from unreasonable customers, I’ve never had a bad experience. Also, please support a local Philly company folks, CVS & Walgreens need the competition!"

"Have been using this pharmacy for over 20 yrs. I will be finding a new pharmacy my Dr. phoned in a prescription on a Tuesday. Went on Wednesday to pick up my prescription and was told it’s not ready. Went back on Thursday the following week and prescription still not ready. Told the pharmacist I was out of my diabetes medicine and needed it waited over a hour before being filled. Worst experience I ever had. Will not be returning."

"ETHEL THE PHARMACIST GAVE ME THE WORST EXPERIENCE I'VE EVER HAD FROM A PHARMACIST OVER A PRESCRIPTION TRANSFER REQUEST! SHE INSISTED THAT I CALL MY DR AND HAVE IT SENT ALTHOUGH I TOLD HER MULTIPLE TIMES I HAD A HARD TIME REACHING MY DR. ALL SHE HAD TO DO WAS CALL THE OTHER PHARMACY AND REQUEST MY MEDICATION! SHE WAS EXTREMELY UNHAPPY AND UNPLEASANT WITH ME. I WASN'T RUDE, NOR DID I MAKE ANY DEMANDS. I SIMPLY EXPLAINED THE SITUATION AND ASKED POLITELY! I CALLED AFTER I LEFT & CANCELLED THE TRANSFER! I REFUSE TO SPEND MY MONEY THERE DUE TO POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! INSTEAD OF SPEAKING TO HER THE WAY SHE SPOKE TO ME, I'LL JUST SHARE MY EXPERIENCE HERE! HOPEFULLY SHE WILL TREAT FUTURE CUSTOMERS WITH RESPECT! I'VE CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE TO REPORT HER BEHAVIOR! ETHEL REALLY MESSED UP MY MORNING!!! RITE AID SHOULD REVIEW THE CAMERAS TO SEE HER IN ACTION!!!!!!"

"This pharmacy is the absolute worst. Doctors office called in my prescription and I get to pharmacy only to be told that the prescription was not called in. Went home and contacted doctors office to confirm prescription was in fact called in the day before. Went back to the pharmacy the next day, waited in the drive through as they were closed for lunch. When they started waiting on customers, the representative took the two closest vehicles in the drive through and just let me sit in the outer drive through and never acknowledged I was there. I had to leave the outer line and drive back around to get in the drive through closet to the building. Once I finally got to the window and gave them my info, she proceeds to tell me the prescription was not ready and I would have to come back in 15 minutes. I told her the prescription was called in yesterday and she said I would have to come back, no apology at all. Needless to say, this will be my last visit to this pharmacy."
