"Great service, they took great care of my kitty. Very knowledgeable, professional, polite and caring. I accidentally gave a negative review for the wrong location at first and I do apologize for that. So this is me correcting it. I drove almost two hours to have my kitty seen at this location and it was well worth the drive. Thank you again so much for all of your help and checking in on us to make sure that recovery is going well. You guys were great. I appreciate you for accommodating me and being thorough in the care provided for my kitty! Thank you again!"

"The groomer did not groom my dog’s eyelashes properly while grooming last Sunday and should have fixed it then and there that day. Today Wednesday I came in for a quick fix, and they said they would attend to after they returned some customer’s dogs. But then they said they were closed (it was only 4 pm) and asked me to come back tomorrow. I also found out from my Veterinarian today that my dog’s anal glands were incompletely expressed. What a way to win me over as a new customer!! I believe I will speak to management, if they have any! Management has changed during the previous week."

"I love the staff at this location they always have my dog looking amazing when he comes in for a groom and always treat him with such care. Today I picked him up from a groom to find him with the most adorable bandanna! My stylist is Becky and I will always be returning to her!
