"I'm not a big fan of the "big box" stores, but this location seems to be pretty decent. Staff was friendly, store well kept, and wasn't too difficult to find what I was looking for. I was purchasing something with a rebate, and TSC is still relying on a "mail in rebate" system (most places go with online submission) and the employee couldn't find the paper form. Instead of saying "oh well", she called to the manager to refund me the rebate on the spot! Can't ask for better customer service!"
