"Cleaning staff will steal from you Management will do nothing about it if confronted During my stay here, a bottle of bourbon was stolen from my room. I told management, and they did nothing for weeks. Then I was offered points instead of a replacement. It has been 2 months and I have still not received my points."

"I would like to express my dissatisfaction regarding a recent experience with one of your staff members, Lila, and her customer service skills. My family and I had reserved approximately 4-5 rooms for a family member’s wedding celebration. While we were enjoying our time by the pool and catching up, we lost track of time. It was at this moment that Lila entered the area to inform us that the pool was closing and we needed to vacate. We promptly gathered our belongings and exited the pool area. Unfortunately, I realized that I had left my car keys behind and I approached Lila, who was still at the entrance to the pool area, to ask if she could assist me in retrieving them. To my surprise, she declined, stating that she was busy. This baffled me, as opening the door would have taken just a moment. Undeterred, I observed another staff member named Adolf attending to a guest at the main lobby. I approached Lila once more to ask for help, but instead of providing assistance, she responded rudely and told me to “shut up,” claiming she didn’t care about the misplaced keys. This incident unfolded in front of other guests who were checking in at the lobby, leaving them visibly surprised. Mr. Adolf had to intervene and escort Lila to the staff room. I was left speechless by this encounter, as I couldn’t fathom such treatment from a hospitality professional, especially considering the financial commitment my family had made to enjoy quality services. The incident also left me questioning whether the treatment I received was influenced by my ethnicity. Numerous thoughts raced through my mind as I attempted to process the situation. Such behavior deeply disappointed me. If this is indicative of the level of customer service that Fairfield Marriott endorses in its staff, I find it difficult to continue supporting the company."

"Elite owner in town for an overnight visit at this hotel. Stay was was decent and as expected. Room was not ready when we arrived however; the front desk clerk tried to accommodate us for the minor inconvenience. Requested extras were placed into the room as requested. Room was clean as well close to a bunch of stores. Free parking and free breakfast was available. Outdoor pool and Fitness center on site."

"This is a new property but it is still working out some kinks. My TV remote didn't work which really confused the front desk and they couldnt find a replacement. Breakfast was limited and had no fruit! Huh? Its not that expensive a healthy. Usually a staple at Fairfield breakfasts. No coffee during the did not help either. Room was fine, even without an operating ܰܰܰTV."
