"Definitely overpriced. Products are okay but not for prices they offer. Aggressive sales techniques. They’re not professionals only sales people. After their facials skin looks even worse than before. They don’t care about quality of their services and products , they just care about taking out more money from you . Please stay away from this place and don’t waste your money like I did. I found regular cosmetologist ( who is professional) with regular prices and products and have better results after couple facials. This place is a scam and I wish I knew it before. I hope my review will help other people to save money and time."

"Extremely unhappy with service and products. I had a very bad reaction to these products. No one would respond to me. They will not take the product's back. After filing a grievance with my credit card company, they agreed to give me a different product, but they never did. I pre-paid for facials and I can not get an appointment! No one ever answers the phone. You have to text! I have been trying to get an appointment for a week. The only response I have gotten is that they are booked through the month of January. I asked them to give me their next available appointment but I have not heard from them. I cannot believe this store is still in business. It’s been a nightmare for me! A spa is supposed to be a relaxing, rewarding experience. It’s been the complete opposite for me. I had to see my dermatologist twice because of the reaction I had to these products. They don’t care! I extremely regret this purchase but would at least like the facials I already paid for!"

"Overall, the introduction to the product was very good. Shame on me for purchasing at the price offered. I paid 2 to 3 times more than what I am seein online for the vitamin c night cream and the under eye once a week gel."
