"I went and arrived at Making Faces at opening time. I ended up waiting 30+ minutes for Daniel to come and open his store. This isn’t the first time this happened either. Over on Yelp people have talked about him being late a lot. It’s very unprofessional. It’s disorganized to run a place like this and not accept appointments for eyebrows. It’d make this a lot more smoother and efficient if an appointment system were set in place. This is not the place to get your brows done if you’re on acne treatment. I came in to get my eyebrows done and asked Daniel if he could tweeze rather than wax. He gave me a bit of attitude when I asked that and said ok. He then proceeded to give me unwarranted “advice” on acne treatments. It’s common courtesy to not comment on someone’s appearance, especially when it comes to their face."
