"I don’t like their stupid policy and the ID that’s demanding. It’s like DMV you bring everything but if u happened to forget your ID it’s a NO. Also I don’t like how they approach you with disgust and about to rob the store. Absolutely hated my experience."

"The staff grouped up near my friend and I every where we went. I didn't feel comfortable and left. I feel they were profiling us and following us because we were women of color. I am never going to this place again and don't recommend anyone go here. Very egregious behavior from staff."

"This place is awful! The staff need some serious help in the customer service department. Too many issues to write in one post. I was lied to about the quantity of sale items I was allowed to purchase because “it’s not fair to everyone else if you buy them all”. I was definitely not trying to buy ALL OF THE SALE ITEMS. I was merely asking if there was a quantity limit. After I discovered that they lied to me by checking online, I told them I wanted to return all the items I had just bought and I would just order online instead. They finally let me have the appropriate allotted quantity. I don’t think one person actually tried to help me which is too bad, I managed to buy $300 worth of skin care products on my own. Probably would have bought a little more if someone had bothered to help me.doubt I will shop that Ulta again."

"I went to Ulta today and I’m extremely disgusted by the staff. I was looking at a lip gloss and I noticed all of them were open and all over the place. Since it was already opened I just wanted to see if it was used because I didn’t want to buy one that has been used on someone else’s lips so I took the lip gloss out of the already opened container. One of the staff members here who had red/orange hair had an extremely terrible attitude to not just me other people too. She came over to me and said do not open the makeup, i said i didnt it was already opened, she then said well I’m telling you we’re trying to prevent it while rolling her eyes and with attitude. I was completely taken back by this as I was not rude at all and she also had no idea what she was talking about/ was wrong. Idk how she was ever hired she needs to be fired asap. I will not be shopping at ulta at least in danbury ever again."

"I walked in just after opening. I was looking for something super specific, so I said hello and asked for help. The associate who greeted me back and helped me was pleasant and even followed up with me as I looked at other products. At checkout I was greeted with a smile from another associate named April. She was incredibly polite and helpful. Although I do not shop here religiously, I wouldn't mind stopping back in to pick something up in person versus online ordering."
