Reviews
"Starling Physicians of Newington Access Center are exceptional! Dr’s. Brown, Oder & Lally are a pleasure to work with. They always greet me with a smile and make me feel welcome. They are thorough in their explanations of procedures or conditions. Typically they are easily accessible. The team of other employees at NAC are equally professional and approachable. I Confidently refer anyone that needs a graft or fistula or catheter for kidney care to NAC and its competent team of medical professionals. - Jessalyn Burns"
"I called to schedule an appointment, their website says they open at 7am. I've been calling all the way up to 7:30 am and still no answer. Highly unprofessional and unacceptable. But that's CT medical facilities for you."
"I was extremely disappointed in this visit to have my fistula worked on . I was not sedated, except for the fistula site. Unfortunately I have a shallow fistula and even after telling the surgeon about that she infiltrated me. No offer of pain meds even though she could barely touch me to finish the procedure. She apologized profusely, but the pain was terrible. The site looked so bad the clinic called Davita to tell them what had happened. I was much too sore to go in on Friday. They gave me a pain script and sent me on my way. Never heard from them to see how I was faring. Not well, the arm looks like hell and is still swollen and now it seems I have a hemotoma. Getting more help at dialysis from those nurses. Think I’ll travel down to Waterbury."
