"Just had a fantastic experience here! The entire staff was professional and lovely to work with. When I called, I was able to reserve a spot via their automated system, so didn’t have to wait once I got there. Both the tech and PA Mandy were terrific- caring, helpful, informative and good listeners. I was in and out quickly. Also, the facility is very, very nice. I would absolutely recommend this office if you need urgent care!"

"If I could leave less than one star for the receptionist I would. Not only was I lied to about the wait time but she was also very rude. She said the wait would be about an hour. It turned into four hours. Not only did she not apologize she blamed it on us for waiting. Then she had no problem with me being on the phone until I made a comment on the care to which she said I’d have to take my call outside if I wanted to talk to my mom while waiting for my brother. His appointment was first but I was out before him. Therefore they don’t follow the order of patients. She also called my brother to confirm his appointment then hung up on him after he answered. To which she called me next and asked if I still wanted the appointment that I already waited 3 hours for at that point. She is highly unprofessional and rude. They should hire a new receptionist who is actually nice to the patients. I will never be coming to this specific location again and I will be warning others to stay away from it."

"Loved the prompt warm service. The nurse was very nurturing, caring and sympathetic. She cared about my physical health and my financial health and let me know only to get the basic meds instead of the other. The other nurse recommended my a place to visit to deal with another issue .. and said to recommend. I respect that integrity and that quality of patience service. Good work. I'm already getting better."
