"I need people to understand that this place is a sub par walk-in with a few good workers. It truly is it's rating for me lower, I came in a walk-in with chest pain found out I had high blood pressure. They told me Patel was taking on new patients and could be my primary that was good news except over the past 2 months from my first visit where he told me to get blood work and a stress test I have not heard 1 word from him after I have called in 1 time every 2 weeks to ask can I know my results I get nothing. I was told a month ago "to wait my turn" as he is checking his messages. Also before I forget to mention A huge problem with just getting high blood pressure pills I ran out of the 7 day sample they give while I had to wait a hole week for him to get what cvs carried. Oooo and how extra carrying of a doctor he is he took off the week won't be back till the 2nd of January. I would save yourself any headache and just go down the road to the other urgent care in the zen leaf plaza much more caring people and is rated almost 5 stars."

"The front desk is extremely rude. Refused to leave a medical question for the doctor and ask him a question or have him call me back. Said absolutely no I need to come in. Now mind you he prescribed my medicine I was asking the question about. I've been coming here for years but after this I will never be back."

"Woke up unable to move my neck. walked in at 8:02 am. I was the second patient there. Saw the doctor right away. Dr. diagnosed me with a muscle spasm. I walked out at 8:20 am. Dr. said within 10 minutes the RX would be called in to the pharmacy. 2 hours later it's still not there. 2 hours later and 2 phone calls later it's still not there. It took 3 phone calls to get it sent over. I've have much better service at Hartford Hospital ER, then this place. Lesson learned."

"Stopped by today because I wasn’t feeling well and they had me in to see the doctor within 10 minutes which has never happened to me at an urgent care before. Dr. Patel was great. The girl at the front was kind. The place was very clean as well."

"Who in the name of all that is holy is posting the responses? I haven't had bad experiences but a few friends colleague and family members had, as of late. I looked at the reviews to see it if was a smart decision to send family member there for care today. And I simply cannot believe the owners are allowing someone who sounds a petty uneducated 2 year old with no medical background and poor grasp of rhe English language argue online with customers. I'd recommend you change the response personnel real quick at the very least.... As I see it Dr. patel should be better represented as he's got a fantastic clinical skill-set and bedside manner. But between the reviews, and moreso, responses to the reviews, I am kind of hesitant to bring business over that way any longer. Just my humble opinion."
