A Walk-In Medical Center: Urgent Care

"Came here because i had felt sick for weeks and i needed to be seen before i went into work the next day. i was able to walk in and be seen within 15 minutes. the receptionist is really nice and they check your insurance before even mentioning a copay. dr calle got to know me, did multiple tests and provided me with proper medicine, now i feel better and will definitely be coming back for my other issues. Thank you!"

"Our doctor failed to serve us and told my family to drink champagne. I have deep respect for healthcare workers during the holidays and for their commitment to caring for community members. However, tonight, my mother discovered she was exposed to the flu on a drive to see family out of state. This facility failed to notify us that they had zero rapid flu tests while having us sit in their office waiting room for an hour tonight. This was after we explained that we were exposed to the flu, not to COVID-19. The doctor then came into ridicule my parents for showing up at 10pm, when in reality, we showed up and sat down at the office at 9pm, AND when we drove 6 hours from our of state and learned over halfway through the drive of our exposure. Deeply disrespectful. He told us to drink champagne. I will also add, he said the reason that we were not told that there were no rapid flu tests is because “these are just college students working here behind the desk.” If I had respect for the capacity of college students to make a difference and serve the best interests of visitors, I would expect them to fulfill common sense tasks that require critical thinking skills and listening comprehension. "I've visited Dr Calle 4 times to be treated. My visits were on the weekends or late at night and I've always been treated with respect by the doctor and his staff. I wake up the next day feeling much better each time. What more can one ask."

"Worst place ever. Can't even say they, because it's only one person that in there... HE is the worst person ever to go to. He was given no consent to do anything. He made me so uncomfortable to the point I would NEVER tell someone to come here. I went there for my sinus congestion, however I left in much more pain. He told me to lay down and immediately went to push a liquid down my nose, TWICE. Made me feel so violated. Most inconvenient place I ever visited. The most horrendous, frightful, and atrocious experience ever."

"I went to see him late at night and didn't even waited 10 minutes before I saw the doctor. The receptionist was very nice and helpful. Co-payment was $130, but better than spending the night or two in the emergency room. Doctor was very informative and I walked out with my prescriptions and a letter for work. He invited me to go and stop by two days later to check my arm and legs, with no extra charge. I had a very bad reaction to bees, I was 100% better two days later."
