"The two stars are for the two drs here. They are good. However, the office staff is questionable and gets zero stars as they have managed to lose my paperwork required for insurance. It’s disappointing and disturbing that we are trusting these same ppl w/ our medical files. Just sad."

"I was forwarded by my PCP answering service and Dr. Kagan called me back in 3 minutes. He was just an on call physician yet he took his time to review the medical history, allergies etc he was very thorough, called in needed meds within minutes to a pharmacy of my choice and not one in profile. Truly great experience, Im seriously considering switching my pcp. Thank you Dr. Kagan!"

"This is the worst practice I have dealt with. My son needs his monthly shot and it’s almost two weeks and they have not done a prior authorization for him. If something happens to him I will be holding them accountable!! If I could have given them a no stars I would have."

He was kind caring and understanding and didn’t give me any run around or try to insult my intelligence like some of the doctors at UCONN including my primary care tried to do.
