"While Dr. Alaparthi is lovely, they do not call you back with results until after they’re sent to you on MyChart and you don’t understand them and you are panicked. They never called my husband back to follow up on scheduling his MRI and the woman Tina in billing is rude; made an error and then proceeded to call me a misogynistic slur! This will be the last time I see this group! On to a more professional group!"

"don’t know why no one ever answers the phone. i had no complains with the PA i’m seeing, but the office is poorly handled. took me 3 months to get an appt here just because no one picked up the phone to make my appt. i would leave voicemails i would call when they opened, right before lunch, right after lunch, all times of day no answer ever or no return on my phone call. now i’m trying to schedule a follow up, same issue. what is the problem. and it’s not easy to go to another GI office because they are booked months out."

"My mom hadn't been there for a few years. This time the experience was far BETTER than the last time she was there. We had no problem checking in and out, there was little to no wait and the PA, David Griffin, was better than her last doctor who is no longer there. David Griffin, at first seemed very serious but after a few minutes, he's very warm and friendly. He was a very good listener, gave my mom good advice, he was professional, calm and reassuring. I'd feel lucky if she were treated by David Griffin the next time."

"You give healthcare a bad name!! After having numberous conversations with both the office and my insurance company regarding having a preventative colonoscopy because of family history, the office agreed to to bill as preventative so my insurance would pay for it 100%. If they didnt I would cancel my appointment for the procedure as it was not affordable for me. The office insisted it would be paid for 100% by the insurance through preventative care. After a frustrating procedure I received a large bill from the office that my insurance wont pay because they didnt bill it as preventative as they agreed to and now when I call I get nothing but the run around from them. This is scheisty business practice, leaving the patient holding the bag."
