"Best Obgyn office. The staff are kind and accommodating. Dr. Kay is so great at her diagnosing! Takes her time and explains everything you need to know and allows enough time for your questions and needs. Highly recommend! Jean Bristol"
"HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! Unless you want to be told your baby is going to be born with a severe birth-defect and will have to go through several surgeries immediately after birth, DO NOT COME HERE. They are very unprofessional, and can't even get back to us after giving us PTSD from the wrong information. They recommended a specialist to us who told us there was nothing wrong with our baby. They clearly arent educated about ultrasounds. We were also laughed at by a secretary named Liz after leaving 8 messages, as she continued to lie about leaving me messages. Everyone in this practice is disgusting. A happy time for us turned into traumatic distress. If I could give it less than 1 star I would."
"Very disappointed. If you're going to change protocol, with regards to your office mandates, you need to let your clients know. I was made to feel less of a person because I chose NOT to be vaccinated. Embarrassed to say the least as another client was sitting in the waiting room. Front desk girl violated HIPPA rules. I'm VERY disappointed. I did everything I was supposed to do, which included an appointment change to accommodate your schedule, filling out the paperwork on line, wearing my mask. To be turned away. Wow. Just wow....."
"I have been going to this office for years the staff is professional friendly and very accommodating. During this times I feel really safe they follow all CDC guidelines and make it easy they make you feel comfortable and at ease . Dr Rauktys Makes you feel really comfortable and gives you the necessary guidance to follow , makes it easy to ask her any questions you want and does not make you waste your time, and you can tell she’s an knowledgeable woman. An overall wonderful experience. Special note to Marie she always accommodates my appointments no matter what and always with a positive attitude and a beautiful smile !"
"I do want to preface this review by saying that I very much liked Dr. Dohr. The problem is most of the rest of the office staff. Recently, I was in to meet with the surgeon about a procedure. Because the receptionist classed it as a "meeting" rather than an exam and I had just had several tests and exams including ultrasounds, I did not anticipate a full pelvic exam. I told the nurse who was extremely rude from the jump that I was not comfortable having an exam due to the heavy flow of my period and that I would have rescheduled if I had known. The nurse said that I had to have the exam, said it was silly to postpone it, and didn't listen to my repeated concerns that I was uncomfortable -- She didn't even look up from her computer. The surgeon came to speak with me as I was leaving and cancelling my appointments, and STILL didn't listen to my repeated statements that I was uncomfortable. Not one person offered to reschedule. Ultimately, I decided before leaving to cancel all subsequent appointments and will be going elsewhere. The ob-gyn is not where you want to feel pressured into being examined. My biggest disappointment since is that my actual doctor has not reached out. I guess losing patients isn't a problem for the office. I would have expected a courtesy call at least."
