"They really aren't a "Walk-In". I am as patient and I "walked-in" at 8:45am and was told they could see me at 11. Time to find a new doctor!"

"The reception is not professional, I asked her to please put the prescription to me at the pharmacy and her told me that there was nothing and then he began to make fun of me, he treated me as if I were a fool, he had no respect for me she was laughing and laughing in a mocking tone is a shame because the doctors are very good and the nurses will not go back there"

"Don't try and get a prescription renewed. The pharmacy faxes, then calls, then you have to call and this is every month for medicine you take everyday! And they can't keep a doctor. I've gone through 3 in 2 years"

"Worst Physical I ever had in my life. The nurse didn't even measure my height or weight and the doctor just sat there writing notes in a laptop and gave me referrals for things that are usually handled at physicals. I also told him a few things I was concerned about like constant stomach aches and the doctor just told me to not eat things that I think would cause the stomach aches...What a waste of time."

"If I could give my experience zero or negative stars I would. I saw Dr. Mark Friedman and he did not listen to my concerns, did not exam me, and had a blatant disregard for my health. I would strongly recommend going to another health center. Do you have an urgent issue that you want addressed? Don't go here."
