I come back to the office and the paper was blank they had around 6 days to get it done and nothing. I’m very upset and disappointed this never happened before."

"Dr. Lancman is very professional. She's very gentle and thorough. She asks great questions and answers all of your questions in a very professional way. Her reception staff is very professional and welcoming both in person and over the phone. However, her new colleague Dr. Lynn, is a very rude lady. Her bedside manner is terrible. She's loud and confrontational and very short with her patients. She dresses in street clothes and doesn't introduce herself so you're oblivious to who she is when she enters the exam room. I do not think it is a good idea for anyone to bring their child to visit the practice if they're going to see her."
