"Doctor Dental Im very disappointed with the way the treat me I wasted my time going to this place after all those appointments my denture disappeared no where to be found, then the wad a girl in the front desk all she knew was sorry but your insurance is no longer active, I follow up on my insurance and she was lying she just didn't want to do some work but yea she expects to get paid. It was a terrible experience for me, I will never booked another appointment in this place."

"I have had a terrible experience at this location and the Norwalk location. I've asked them both multiple times to stop calling me. I have sent a text back saying STOP with confirmation that they will and they still continue to call and text. Horrible customer service from both places and now they're just looking desperate for business calling people that have asked to be put on their do not call/contact list... On top of all this, the Stamford location said I need xyz done but since they don't do it there, I'll have to go to the Norwalk office...I went and they said I don't need it done and he "doesn't know what they're talking about"... Then I said... Lemme go to a completely different dentist to see what's going on and they said I can't even get this done so they doesn't know what the associates at Dr dental were talking about..."

"got teeth cleaned, but have also had crowns -Dr. Baranova is caring; thorough, and professional and looked over the x-rays; advising on next steps for a crown, an implant etc. Would highly recommend her services."

"Highly dissatisfied with this place. At first, my daughter and I had a good experience and then I had to have a procedure done where I had to pick up a prescription right after it and I was told to do so quickly and get home quickly to relax. I was told that my medication would be called in right then and there, meaning the end of my appointment. Nope. I went to pick it up and nothing was called in. Not only was I told that I have to wait until the doctor comes out but the woman on the phone was extremely rude about the whole situation. This ordeal was over an hour!!! Clearly I was in discomfort when I called so of course I'm going to be a little uppity especially seeing as though I was told one thing was going to happen and it did not. As a matter of fact a completely different Thing happened. On top of that, I had a review saying all this already on here and it was taken down even though I have proof I was there and I have proof that it was a terrible experience and I'll keep reposting this it's no problem. Then I get a call today saying that they are calling to let me know they have received approval for another procedure for me and I'm like well let me play along with this. I said that's depends because I do want to speak with a manager and the woman on the phone was the manager. Not a very good one at that because she was very rude with me. Then she asked if she can have my email so she get past my information along to her manager as I requested, which I still have not received, and on top of that after claiming she does not have my email, she says that she most certainly confirmed the appointment with me because I brought it up asking how did she confirm the appointments? She said I confirmed it through email. Okay so the email that you just told me you didn't have? She never ever called to confirm any of my appointments nor did anybody from the office and this is after I wrote a bad review that is now mysteriously missing. Either way I should have listened to all of these reviews especially the ones about the person who shall remain nameless but claims to be the manager of the office until you ask for the actual manager's name but I will not be coming back. Not only because of the terrible front desk customer service but also because the last time I was there it did not look like the cleanest of places. Especially by the base of the chair. It was not what it should be for a dentist office or any type of medical facility for that matter."

"Lucy, the front desk receptionist is awesome! Absolutely love her attention to detail with scheduling my appointments and helping me out when I’m running a little late and all the other things she does. She’s very personable It’s a great practice overall. In and out quick. No drama. Dentists are straight forward. Everything is done professionally. Five stars for sure!!! Thanks Lucy!"
