"Wait time was excessive. The auto lineup in my lane exceeded normal wait times. A dozen or more vehicles were processed through the adjacent lanes before any movement was made in my lane. Staff should have offered me to move into another lane when an opportunity opened. Instead they let me sit and wait. Poor judgment, awareness and poor experience. Ultimately I had to go in the office and ask. Not very receptive. I waited almost 2 hours for service when there were only 2 cars ahead of me."

"Really like these guys and their work. They take great care with my older car, inspecting frame and stuff. They did a radiator flush a few months ago—same professionalism and care. I’m hoping they’ll start that Canadian Krown program, really reasonable cost, annual underbody rust treatment. It’d be nice to have it closer."

"Part of it was my fault, the other part is on jiffy lube. Came in to request top off as my coolant is low. Figured when I request fluids to be topped off they would have clearly noticed this was what I needed. Popped open hood 24 hours later and it wasn’t touched. I called and they said it’s $10.00 but they should have said something about it. They had 3 works, 2 of them only had one month experience and the manager was a transfer for the day from Schenectady. I wouldn’t get anything more than tires rotated here right now or you risk damage to your car based on the inexperience level currently with little to no mentorship."
