"They let other people cut the line ahead of you even while you’re waiting for them to finish dealing with other people. They told me to wait. I stood outside while the desk person worked with the other people. Another person walked in and the receptionist checked that person in ahead of me and they took that persons car in right away even though I had an appointment and was waiting there to check in. If you like to be completely disrespected, told to be patient over and over while they put other people ahead of you that just showed up, then this is your place."

"Midas in Hudson is great, they are very friendly and knowledgeable. Could not get my check engine light off for inspection, took it there and Tim got it off and explained why it was on to begin with. Had to bring it back of course because you have to drive it around for so many miles before the computer will allow them to inspect it again. Light stayed off, car passed inspection! I've been taking both of my cars here for several years and have never had a single issue, even their bathroom is usually pretty clean. Highly recommend."

"I went to Midas because I was having severe vibration. I was told I needed rear strutts or shocks, an alignment & tire balancing. So after sitting there for 5 hours & paying almost $500, my car was done. Well, I ended up bringing my car back because the alignment was way off or wasn't even done. They did my alignment. They took a copy of the paperwork from the previous visit so that they could see who did (or didn't do) the alignment that day. I still have a vibration in my steering wheel, but I refuse to go back there."
