"TRUST THE REVIEWS. I wish I would’ve. I had an appointment and after waiting 45 minutes and seeing walk in customers getting in before my car I asked what was going on and the guy said that they do walk-ins too. I said so why are the appointments pushed back, it doesn’t make sense. They had no explanation. There were 5 employees standing around the tire balancing machine with one car in the bay. I’ll admit that I was very upset, but then I thought about it and realized it’s really my fault because I decided to take my vehicle to Walmart for service. I mean….I took my vehicle to WALMART to get serviced lol. What was I thinking??"

"Don’t go here. I never write reviews, but I had such a shockingly awful experience with this place that I had to. I tried twice to have tires put on at this place and wasted hours of my life. First time, I showed up with a confirmed appointment and the entire center was closed. Second time, the manager Walter told me via phone I didn’t need an appointment and I could pull right up and they’d put them right on. Showed up the next day and was told it would be a 4 hour wait. Walter was incredibly rude to me, and they weren’t even able to issue me a return on the tires I had purchased with them. I’ve really never experienced this level of rudeness and incompetence. Go to Mavis tire down the street instead."
"The Hudson WalMart Auto Care Center is absolutely awesome. They must do a great job training these folks. They are knowledgeable, professional and do it right. They even take the time to reset my oil warning light. They don't try to sell you stuff you don't need and the prices are unbeatable. They have gone out of their way to help me with awesome deals on tires too. I am very happy with this Auto Care Center."
