"Showed up at 10 a.m. after speaking with an associate that told me to arrive at that time. Well, apparently it was breakfast break when I showed up and the employees all sat around playing with each other for 40 minutes. Yes, they were all aware that I waiting on service. Thankfully I was there for something fast and minor. Would not recommend this place to anyone. Can't imagine how would things would be for a more serious problem. A lot of standing around and not caring about the time of the customer. Seems like the type of place that would fabricate problems so they can charge and get paid for all of their coffee breaks. I'm sure there will be some type of response made on how this place is a staple of the community and how they've been open for so long. Well, anyone local knows better and the garage is a run down hole in the middle of a once dying neighborhood. Going for a quick inspection then I'd say go for it but plan on waiting. Anything more than that I would run as fast as I could to a proper mechanic shop."
