"Replaced an old battery and they gave me a "better one" that ended up being a different (and the wrong) type. Figured it out when I installed it and it didn't work right. They did not allow me to return it or get a refund because it had been installed. I'm not mad at the policy, just very frustrated with the individual that gave me the wrong battery."

My order was canceled and nobody took responsibility for it. Happened 3 times recently. Enough incompetence for me to continue doing business there."
