"Staff is very disrespectful and racist. This is my very first time having medical insurance on my own. They did not help me at all with any of my questions. They told me to call my insurance company to try to resolve the problem, when they should have done that. Meanwhile, right next to me, there was a white woman who was a new patient, had many questions about her insurance, and they helped her with no problem. But they told me to figure it out on my own, and there was nothing they could do for me. I left feeling terrible, and crying. Worst experience of my life! I will never go back.
