"Was comfortable and helpful!! I've seen plenty of old reviews reciting horrible experiences, so I want to provide insight to the quality of service there is now as of summer of 2023. ALL the Rn's who currently work at this Minute Clinic are amazing. They are welcoming, fun, professional and efficient. I had to see them several times this summer to meet various school health requirements and had a pleasant and comfortable visit each time."

"Absolutely great experience. Made an appointment and got in with very little wait time. The staff was so helpful and kind, Dr. Conliffe was great and even brought me out into the store to show me where the suggested medicine was. Great experience 10/10!"

"The 2 females working at this location at 4pm on 9/20/21, were very rude and kept interrupting me, while I tried to explain that the number you call for minute clinic, gives specific and clear instructions that this particular store, does in fact do children immunizations. There is no reason for me to talk to someone, when the automated reply tells me this store does children immunizations and to make the appointment online. It turns out they don't speak for ALL minute clinic.."

"Waited over two hours. Finally received a call from APRN who said she didn't see our appt and that this has never happened before. Unfortunately other people have since told us they had same experience. We finally waited outside her office for 45 min to find out she didn't even have a patient in her office. APRN was wearing a VALVED N95 mask... meaning it protects her, but allows her to breath out without any filtration, so no protection for the patients. This type of mask is designed for construction workers to protect them from harmful particles but lets them breath straight out to help them to stay a bit cooler and less irritated when working. Overall a very disappointing experience."
