"This office is the worst to get in touch to for an appointment or emergency wise. I called them over 15 times and left voice messages and still no call back. I will be looking for a new office because they obviously don’t care for their patients!"

"I moved to the area after I had my first child, so I'm looking for a new doctor. I was referred to several doctors in this practice. Just called to make an appointment and I was told since I'm self-pay they won't take me, and that I have to go to Stay Well first. I explained I'm prepared to pay in full and out of pocket for my appointment, ultrasound, bloodwork, etc, and she said no, explaining that all of these items are "very expensive." Then went on to explain to me what happens when you're pregnant and all the appointments required. (I should know since this is my second child.) Not to mention how short and rude she was, interrupting me when I spoke and talking over me. No thanks, I'll look elsewhere. I hope the doctors are aware that their reception staff doesn't want to schedule new patients. I don't care how great the doctors are here, if I have to deal with these disgraceful receptionists, I don't want it."

"I have never experienced such careless, rude and rushed behavior. This is my first time in this office and it hasn’t been pleasant. You cant reach anyone on the phone & when you message them on the portal you NEVER get the PA or MD you met personally , the person you’re comfortable with. However, I want to thank Julia (LPN) and Susan Farrell for responding to my concerned messages in such awful tones. They both were rude , careless and short patience with a patient that’s pregnant and awaiting health results that are “delayed” in their words but they don’t know why. I pray that no one else has to experience awful attitudes during their special time and may these two great women feel wonderful that at 4 months I have to find another office to wait on my unborn child.
