"I've only seen Dr.Phatak (I think that's his name) The staff in the office, particularly the person that answers the phone and receptionist is horrible. I went all the way in for a follow up, after an outpatient procedure, and I was told that I had no appointment because I canceled it. That was not the truth and I argued the point and the woman at the front desk admitted that the doctor canceled it because he had surgery. well, nobody called me to tell me that. When I called to reschedule, after leaving the morning, they couldn't see me, I called and spoke with someone over the phone, and was upset because of that, and she hung up on me. My records are now going to another doctor, for which I requested my medical records to be sent. They never came in time, and the doctor cannot see me this morning. I am so done with this practice. The doctor is great. He deserves better support staff."

"Horrible horrible horrible. Literally had papers ripped out of my hands, wasn’t allowed to finish sharing my medication list or tell them my medical conditions. Was told that I didn’t have a problem emptying my bladder, which I already knew because that’s not why I was there, so from “their side everything was fine.” Was prescribed a medication that interacts with a current medication in a way that would put my life at risk. After the appointment I just went to my car and cried. I’m not going back, and if you’re considering coming here for care, don’t."

"l just got off the the phone with the most rudest condescending receptionist! I needed a clear letter to go back to work after my surgery and the receptionist refused to give me that letter. Her response was I can give you a letter for being seen. come get if you want if not I can toss it in the trash you choose."

"Been going there for years.Doctors and APRNs are very good. Support staff is generally good, some occasional issues. Usually the wait time varies."

"Honestly the doctors seem great but the staff is hard to deal with, multiple times calling and never received a call back from the nurses. I've tried calling multiple times about bringing stones and 24hr Urine test to a local lab and all I get is constant "use the mail order" which clearly I've explained to them doesn't work for me. Very disappointed considering I was referred here by a doctor I work for."
