"This is the most poorly run and unprofessional establishment I have ever been to. If you value your health, do not go here. Just to name a few of the problems I have faced with the Chase Ave location - on my last visit I overheard the staff talking about me outside of the exam room door saying that they did not know why I was even there (I had been directed to come in for a follow up at rhis time during my last visit). I had specifically scheduled an appointment with my doctor but after waiting over an hour ended up seeing the APRN who told me that she just learned how to read lab results and tried to prescribe me the same course of treatment I had just been given. On another occasion I came in for a scheduled appointment and was told that it would be a 2 hour wait because it was first come first serve and appointments don't really mean anything. I was told that managers only work sometimes and their schedules are unknown. The voicemail box for the primary care office is full, has been for 2 months and no one ever answers that line. I was double billed for a procedure that was only performed once during an appointment. When I was finally able to get through on the phone the individual I was speaking with hung up on me. The office lost my urgent referral and I have now been waiting over a month to be able to make an appointment with a specialist, to whom they never even bothered sending my bloodwork. And if they tell you they will call you back DO NOT expect to hear from them, you will not. If these reviews allowed for negative stars that is what I would rate this establishment. Seriously, don't go."
"If you come hungry you will leave starving. Make sure to bring breakfast, lunch, and dinner because you will be waiting all day, literally. Avoid at all costs… your time is valuable and they truly have no care for you. while the doctors and nurses are professional ad great, they run behind anywhere from 2-5 hours on pre made appointments. I had an appointment at 11:45 am I and was not taken it until 3:17 pm. They have 8 chairs available and once they are all occupied you must stand for those 4 hours until you are seen by the doctor. Management can’t properly support the doctors and nurses at this location. They also don’t answer the phones, even the switchboard receptionist is unable to get then to answer. I DON’T recommend this urgent care to even to my worse enemy."
"I have came here on a Wednesday wondering if I have a broken toe it is hard for me to press my gas pedal. They sent me for a x-ray 2 days later. I called the X-ray place the next day because they said they would have the results for me that same day. I called doc's urgent care I called Frost road urgent Care and I called diagnostic radiology twice I'm going on 5 days with a broken toe and no results for my x-ray I have now had to walk to doc's urgent Care twice and they told me it's not their fault so now I will have to go there three times. All on a broken toe. I wish we would have better communication rather than me calling everywhere."
"The place was not clean I was afraid to touch anything. I noticed the staff goofing off and nothing getting done, I spent 4 hours waiting with a severe sore throat and fever. They are more friendly and responsive to you if your spanish, so I did sense a bit of unconscious racism. Bottom line I will find a better place to go next time I’m sick thank you."
"It's a nice place to go to when you don't want to wait in the emergency room, the only thing I have to complain about is they are a short staff of doctors the administrator don't want to put on more than just one doctor when you have a facility to be run you should have multiple doctors to help the other patients and not spend an hour to 2 hours and the waiting room just to be called and another 30 minutes in the room to the doctor to see you. I remember when they first open up you was in and out you get there they call you and you're done now you're waiting two to three hours just to be called and then you're waiting another 30 to 45 minutes in the room for the doctor to see you please get more doctors so they can help more patients. Other than that urgent Care is a nice place to go to if you don't want to go to the emergency room."
