"I was not happy with the Southington, CT location due to the lack of customer service I experienced this afternoon. I went to the Southington store due to my driver's side wind shield wiper skipping on the glass. I had just bought it at the Watertown, CT location less than an hour before I was on the road. I asked the sales representative to look at my wiper. He looked at it and said I bought it in Watertown, company policy is, with or without a receipt, it has to be returned to Watertown. Then he said it was defective so it wasn't his problem. I then went back to Watertown after visiting my boyfriend in Glastonbury, CT, and was told by the Watertown location that the wiper was not defective, and it was too long and was the wrong size as it was hitting the other wiper. I was very upset about driving on the road throughout Connecticut in the rain with a wiper that was not working properly."
