"Hello BJ’s tire center I wanted let You know you have some Great employees at your Southington’s Connecticut tire center. In late December I did a tire order online. It disappeared into limbo as it happened to me one time before. I called the local tire department and Anthony, Jake and The manager jumped into action. They found tires have them delivered and installed them flawlessly. Anthony was the lead on this and is such an impressive young man. They all worked really hard to take care of me as a customer far beyond what would normally be considered good customer service.
