"First, let me be clear...THE Workers/Staff are supremely hard working and dedicated at this Dunkin Donuts. That said, the owner is either "frugal" (cheap) or cares little for customer service! During the highest Volumn times (work commute) there is only ONE employee to handle all orders to include the making of many sandwiches, online orders, and counter service. You can wait up to a 1/2 hour just to get a coffee!!!!! I will never go there again....used to go every morning. I will go a half mile up Rt 12 instead where they actually care about service!!!"
"Nice store with a Dunkin Donuts inside. Gas station / convenience store is well stocked and clean. Even public bathroom is clean. Staff is friendly. Sara has warm friendly smile that can brighten a gloomy day. Overall Excellent Store. Thumbs up."
