"Always very helpful and understanding. Pharmacies deal with so much and more. They deal with different personalities, different doctors, and have to deal with a new virus, Covid. People need to have patience. Some of these complaints on here don’t deserve just 1 star."

"Rebecca (I believe her shift was over & that’s ok BUT don’t ignore a customer!!) and another employee were having a personal conversation in an isle of the store while I waved at them to let them I needed assistance, they both ignored me and continued having a conversation, thank goodness the gentleman in the photo dept assisted me and checked me out. That was very unprofessional and ghetto to say the least. BEYOND the valley of poor taste."

"I never had one problem here at all! The pharmacy had always filled my medications fast and would send a text message when my medications were ready to be picked up. Also the store had employees that have always been polite, kind, courteous, fast, and friendly! It is a very clean store and has public restrooms men or women's and the restrooms were also clean and sanitary."

"The pharmacy refills your prescription even though it's too early to refill it and they want you to pay even though your copay is supposed to be $0.00. I tried to calling the pharmacy on hold for 11 minutes right after that the person who was on the phone hung up on me I had to call again and wait another 10 minutes. Poor customer service I ended up helping a customer in the aisle because the lady who was there couldn't even be bothered. Very disappointing but personally not go to this Walgreens or any. They only have two people working the pharmacy every time I go there there's always a line of like five people and you have to wait half an hour to pick up a prescription. They only have one register open at the pharmacy because of covid socially distant which makes the line go even longer."

"I'm moving back to Florida in a few weeks, and I'm really going to miss the awesome staff here. If you have a choice between here or CVS I highly recommend you come here instead. I can't say enuf good things about this Walgreens's. Period."
