"I have always been a long time shopper at OSJL. I have done alot of online pick up. So Today I went to the store to get a balance on the crazy gift . The cashier was rude as hell. I greet her before she even greeted me. I asked to in a polite manner to check the gift card balance. Instant attitude from this female cashier. I don't know why people ignorant like that. If you don't like people shouldn't work with customers service. I rather drive the extra miles to the next one down the road then accept this type of behavior."
"I do really like shopping at ocean state. I am a bargain shopper. However, in this store, nothing I looked at seemed to have a pricetag on it which makes it really difficult to find any bargain. I also have to add the 7pm closing is really too early. Myself and others I know often can't get there anymore due to work hours."
