"If you just getting gas and not going in the store you're okay. The short female who works in there is beyond rude! They have a technical problem with their gas pump that would not allow me to get past a screen that only said remove your card. There was nothing else on the screen. I made my way into the store to let them know there was an issue and to make sure my card wasn't charged and the short lady behind the counter proceeded to yell at me telling me I was wrong and I had to hit a button on the screen I tried to tell her there was nothing on the screen other than remove card and she told me it was wrong yelled at me and put her hand up in my face. I left and went to another gas station"

"On Tuesday, July 5th, 2022, I entered the store and paid 55 dollars for gasoline. The tank filled for less than the amount I had paid, so I went back into the store to retrieve the difference, which was $3.37. The manager only gave me $3.00, and I requested my receipt - like I always do. After I drove back to my office, I noticed she had not given me my change. I figured I could go back and get my change the following day. On Wednesday, July 6th, 2022, I returned to the Shell station, and a different rep was there. I explained what had happened, but she explained that the manager was out to lunch. On Thursday, July 7th, 2022, I returned and asked the manager if I could get the change she forgot to give me. With an Unapologetic look, she said no, and that she would have to look into it (as if we were taking about 37 thousand dollars). I frequent that store a lot, and that manager knows that. I have never had an issue with her, but today her demeanor changed, and I have no idea why. I am appalled at the unkind, uncaring, and disrespectful service I received at this Shell station. It's more than just .37 cents; it's about the principle and how you treat your customer. If you go there, make sure you ask for a receipt and check your change before you leave. I am not sure how many other customers have been hook-winked and swindled."
