"I was with this agent for more than 10 years and most of the years were headaches. They say they will call you back and rarely do. Most of the workers don't know what they are doing. They changed my policy without warning and wanted to charge me double what I was paying. They were not willing to work on the price. When I told them I was going to switch insurance company they sarcastically said "Good luck finding a place cheaper than this. Got a quote from progressive and it was $160. That's $100 cheaper than what they wanted to charge me. I checked with Geico and they wanted $150. I switched over to Geico and couldn't be happier. I put one star because there is no way to put zero."
