"Awful real estate agency! Stay far away and save yourself a big headache. My agent Uriel Gayle has zero communication skills and I had to do his job for him 90% of the time. From finding the house and the mortgage company myself, to hiring my own lawyer and inspection service that I could actually trust, he did very little for me other than write the contact, which he pulled from online anyways. His lack of communication held-up the closing of my house and cost me a small fortune in month to month fees with my apartment. He loses e-mail, takes forever to text back, texts me at 3am, and you can’t even make out what he says on the phone with his thick Jamaican accent. He simply doesn’t do his job well at all and he’s told me himself he “doesn’t even have to sell real estate” cause he makes enough off his slum lord houses as it is. He’s simply in it for the commission and doesn’t care where you end up, long as he gets his cut. He makes you sign an “exclusive right to represent” contract cause he knows your stuck with him once you sign it. When closing time finally did come, he told me “it’s in their hands now”, and basically abandoned me. He showed up late to the closing and wouldn’t hand me my keys until the lawyer said he had to. Please, stay away, go with a more trusted realtor. You’ll be sorry if you don’t."
