"I've been going here now 3 yrs it's as clean and sanitized as any hospital. I used to get all my meds there but now I'm forced to go to CVS and I hate cvs. For they changed policy recently that they won't fill prescriptions that are not written by their drs.im on Husky so CVS won't deliver. Closes cvs to me is on main St. Pharmacy closed on the weekends. Forget about calling them directly cause all calls go thru a call center one day I sat on hold 25 minutes only to be automatically disconnected."

"This is a terrible office. They never pick up the phone, but when you go in everyone is just sitting around. I literally was on hold for over an hour and decided to go to the office while still on hold and I was able to be helped when I got there, but no one could pick up the phone ??? Then when the doctor’s leave they don’t notify you. I’m over it and want my records transferred."

"Got treated there, which was fine, but the costumer service aspect of it all has been atrocious. Calls at unexpected times, then when I try to return the call, nothing at all. I have been on the phone several minutes of wait at a time to no avail. Oh and Dr Castro refused to see me when, after my treatment, I developed an infection. I had to basically argue with a doctor that my wound was infected without him even looking. Edit: Fun fact! I’m being charged for the visit with Dr. Castro when the man did not even touch me and the “consult” lasted less than a minute."

"If I could give it 0 stars I would! I DO NOT recommend. It takes hours to schedule an appointment and get a hold of anyone. Even if you press they key for a certain department it still manages to go to the wrong department and they drop your call. Worse health care department ever!! And the attitude of the receptionist in the women’s health care needs to be checked she is very disrespectful and rude with people."

"For being on the edge of a rough section of town, this facility is immaculate. I went in for a general check up from a sore throat and cough, and they made me feel like I was at my Primary Care Physician. The front desk was courteous and efficient. I was brought into a small office to be seen by the APRN and the visit went smoothly. They covered all the steps for care. Overall, the whole staff made sure that I was comfortable the whole time. I would highly recommend this walk-in center to anyone in the area for its convenience and its efficiency. I hope I don't feel ill again but if I do I will definitely step in to the Charter Oak Family Center."
