"I give this rating 4 stars because the technician was unprofessional and lacked empathy as I told her I was anxious and she didn’t want to hear it. My appointment was a call back ultrasound today. As a breast cancer survivor I had anxiety. This anxiety was exacerbated by the unprofessionalism of the ultrasound technician. Fortunately Dr. Weigert Was there to guide me through the process performed additional images and gave me good news. I do not think I will visit the Hartford Hospital location again unless I absolutely have to."

"After waiting in the emergency room of Hartford Hospital I had an ultrasound done and was most likely read by a radiologist employed by Jefferson Radiology. I received a bill with false information: stating that I had a transvaginal ultrasound completed when I did not have this procedure performed. I had an abdominal ultrasound completed above the abdominal wall. I have called three times to have this fee adjusted. As the patient, you should trust when they say that they did not have a transducer placed inside them! This is a very frustrating matter and I think that shows that Jefferson Radiology should have never sold to Mednex. VERY POOR CUSTOMER/PATIENT SERVICES since the transaction between companies."

"The worst customer service ever. This morning at 9 A M, they agreed to see me, squeeze me in, since I came wrongly a day before my appointment. After awaiting for 1 hour and 30 minutes, the technician called me, and remained me over and over that she saw client that came on time and ask me if I understand. She provoked on me a feeling of being unwelcome and I reacted by saying that I will never come back again for services and will submit my comments on online website such as this one. This person did not have a badge and did not even introduce herself. When I ask why she was arguing with me, she replay that was otherwise. At that moment she refused to provide services even though I I told her all I wanted is the procedure to be done. She escorted me out to get dress. I left very upset, crying very emotional. I could not belief the humiliation I received by the technician. I regretted comming to this place."
