"I love Starbucks, but this location is the absolute worst. Every single time I have gone to this location my drink has been screwed up, whether it be the milk choice or just not including the ingredients in the drink. Tonight I ordered the Honey Citrus Mint tea, and when I picked up my drink it was boiling, so I couldn’t test it in store. I took a sip on my way to my destination, and it was missing two of the main ingredients: the lemonade and the honey. I paid five dollars for tea, that I could make at home. I called the store, and spoke with a supervisor on duty, who informed me that they could only issue me a refund if I came into the store the next day (not true, the store manager has issued a refund when provided with my order number), and was ver unapologetic and unhelpful about this. Do yourself a favor and skip this location and go to the Waterford location or the Groton location."

"Staff is all very friendly and accommodating. I had a long wait because it was red cup day but it was still a pleasant experience and the staff was still friendly despite the rush."

"Great atmosphere and food is great. Coffee is even better. Service is often very slow on the other hand. In the morning be prepared to wait 25 or 30 minutes to place your coffee order and be out the door with it"

"I like to get pumpkin spice drinks during the fall, almost every day. I spend about $8 on a drink and pay extra for it to be made with almond milk. i am VERY lactose intolerant and every now and then they have been made with whole milk. i got my drink remade 2 times however i appreciate it a lot, i end up in serious pain throughout the day. I love buying my drinks and they do a good job making them but if i am paying extra for the almond milk, and i can TASTE the whole milk, not my moneys with to be in pain all day. make it right."

"Absolutely love the location of this Starbucks! As someone who frequently travels to NYC, this particular Starbucks has become my go-to spot, saving me from those tedious long drives. The convenience of being right off the highway is unbeatable, and it's definitely worth the detour to grab a fresh cup of their delightful refreshers. The friendly staff and cozy ambiance make it the perfect pit stop during my journeys. I highly recommend taking the time to visit this location and treat yourself to a refreshing experience."
