McDonald's,

"Went through the drive thru and ordered a bacon mcdouble just plain. After checking it and seeing onion on it I went back through to have it corrected. The manager came over, took the sandwich and looked at it and then insisted it was plain with an attitude. I said no, there are onions on it. They had me pull up and wait so there line could keep moving. 5 minutes later it was brought out and the girl who brought it had a snide comment. Then I checked it and saw that there was only one hamburger patty on it. So again I went through and I asked for a refund. The manager would not come over to the window but was relaying to a worker that it would take just as long to make another sandwich as receive a refund. I said no, I want my money back. They kept insisting and I said no, again. I said how will it take just as long to open a cash register and take $2 and change out, forgetting that a bacon mcdouble is $3.79. Then I was asked to pull forward and I refused after being so poorly treated and having ng had so much time wasted. Obviously they know that a bacon mcdouble is $3.79 but the manager sends $2 over for a refund being vindictive. This is not the first time I've had a bad experience at this McDonald's location."

"Not usually my go to McDonald’s because getting in and out is terrible, but did this am the lady that was there was hard to understand at the drive thru I thought she said second window so I went to the second window this thin bald man with a thick beard starts yelling at me telling me I missed the first window. I said no I saw it I was told to go to the second window. "We went to this place yesterday, (second time here) and they messed up giving my husband a Mccrispy (which costs more), when I wanted a Mcchicken. My husband brought it right back in and told them but the girl (who was chubby and in her 30-40's) crumbled up our receipt and threw it away right in front of my husband, and then charged us for the Mcchicken and said there was no way to fix that and to keep the Mccrispy. HORRIBLE customer service obviously!!!! They messed up an order and charged us extra, instead of giving us what we originally wanted. NEVER GOING TO THESE RIP OFFS ever again!!!!! RIDICULOUS!!!!! She is so lucky we had somewhere to be and no time for me to go in demanding to speak with the Manager!!!!"

"Stopped in only because I got hungry and was tired of driving so this place was near the highway exit. However the service was surprisingly good for what I expected. Burgers were hot and cooked well, same for the fries. It almost did not seem like a fast food restaurant, and the employees are very courteous."
