After driving 25 mins from Stonybrook to commack location the items are not at the location. Drove out of my way and received horrible customer service. Store is messsssyyy"

"I used to go to burlington coat factory in Garden city for many years. That store was cleaner and much classier than all the stores that popped up on long island in the past few years. the childrens clothing and shoe selection were really nice, they even sold carpets if I remember correctly. These new bare buildings are gross and a mess. Children's clothes are nothing like the one's in the garden city store, much lower quality replaced what they used to sell. Not enough employees and waited on a line for over 20 minutes even though I was next online. Slow slow cashiers."

"I have have nothing against Burlington per say, but I can’t find anything which is unfortunate since they seem to have a fair selection. I do wish the store was neater. Sadly I blame a lot of that on their customers who probably don’t care."

"I don’t know what’s going on with all Burlingtons, but they seem to be getting cheaper garments now. There used to be better quality clothing, but besides that these are good places for a quick gift for anyone. Or just regular beer essentials for your home pet for traveling purposes. The staff are usually cool in this location at least. Even though they are always understaffed and the lines wrap up around the entire store and all in all the store is usually always clean including the bathrooms big plus. This one is usually my go to store."
