"I have spent a lot of money in the store. I bought a very expensive pair of pants. I did not wear them right away but the first time I wore them they split. I went back to the store and they told me that because they were not this season, they would not fix them, but that they know the seamstress nearby would fix them for about $12. If you ask me when you sell clothes at a premium price you should realize that you’re going to lose a customer over telling them to go somewhere for $12. it’s not the $12 it’s customer retention . They lost a customer over $12. I can spend my money in a lot of places. it’s a shame because I really like the store. It’s beautiful and the clothes are beautiful but if I’m shopping in a special store I would like to have a different experience than a big box store."
