"I went after the crazy christmas rush( 12/30). The place was neat and empty. There was a great sale....50% off. I got a great fleece/ flannel shirt with side pockets. Worth the trip to the mall."

"Please train your staff on professionalism. I was on line ready to make a purchase. Only one cashier was open. After 5 minutes The line didn't move. Two employees went behind the register area. One was on her phone and the other was fumbling with hangers. Neither acknowledge the line or attempted to open up to take a couple of customers. This was not during a busy time of day. It was in the middle of the afternoon during the week. I asked after a few more minutes if someone can open up and the employee that was on her phone said she's not sure if someone will open up. I just left the clothing there and I walked out of the store. Online shopping is not the only reason people have stopped going into stores. A big part of it is long wait lines and employees that aren't working."

"Worst place to shop. The workers have dirty attitudes. They would not honor the price of the bathing suit I got from the $8 rack. It clearly said 2 piece ruffle and 1 piece. When I got to the register after waiting in the long ass line. After leaving Saturday without doing my exchange and had to come back there on Sunday. I had purchased stuff for my kids almost $200 worth. But because of the attitude I returned everything. They act like I was nothing and they didn't need my money. So guess what run me my money back."
