From the doctors, to the nurses, to the receptionists - everyone we have dealt with has been helpful, kind, and attentive. Well visits have always been prompt and efficient, with easy online follow-up notes for reference. I also appreciate that they separate well visit and sick visit waiting rooms. You will wait between 30-60 minutes past your scheduled appointment time in order to see a doctor. While it is a business and feels very much like a business, the billing is inconsistent and unorganized."
