"Extreme wait times on phone and in waiting area and they ask 15 questions just to get an APPT, you can validate some basic info to confirm customer is genuine, however asking every single thing that's on file is a bad service just to get an APPT, this you can easily improve on!! ==> Management - please listen to some of the incoming call recordings and don't ask for additional info on what we can improve on, you can improve on front desk call handling"

"Trying to get my daughter medical records transferred over somewhere else and they just take forever to get back too you they never do my daughter needs a check up i feel they don't do the job right all you hear oh it's normal oh just give her this NO do your job and run test I ask for a ig doc to recommend to see my daughter and they refuse to do it and just tell me give her this give her that she needs to be seen and they just cancel her appointment told me last minute the same day of her appointment then it took me to go in person to see her doctor and I was told she went to a different location like really they need to notify us . I'm so mad with these people. 8 years with them and they never really see my daughter I need her to be checked she's always throwing up and there more."

"Front Staff is very rude. The Medical team here has been great however, they need to hire new receptionists. Ones that are happy to assist. Instead of the ones that told me scanning paperwork into my child's file was not their job and that the MA or Dr. could have done it. I've tried to reach out to an office manager to express my concerns and no one ever reached back out. I've been going there for years and sadly to say it seems to be going down hill."

"I came here for my first vaccine and then I came here for my second also. The first time coming here I had a great experience. I was very nervous about both vaccines so I brought someone with me to the second. For my first vaccine I saw other people in the building with others so I thought it was fine. When we arrived I watched someone in the building without a mask on. And when I checked in they asked if we both had appointments I told them he was with me. (Joanne she’s a hygienist)at the front laughed in my face and looked at the girl next to her at the other side of the desk. I felt embarrassed because I spoke so highly of this place. They told me that he had to go wait in the car. Teach your front desk staff how to respond to customers. If you are following protocol so well why are patients in the office without a mask on."
