"I love Dr Dhingra he is the best of the best but if he don’t change his receptionist they are going to bring his business down to the ground. I have been taking my kids to Dr Dhingra for over 6 years now and I am removing my kids from his practice because his receptionist are very rude and never get nothing done, all they do is sit in groups and chat all day about their personal life and ignores the clients. I went into the office couple days ago and the Male African American guy that is a receptionist there give a lady kid a very dirty look because he was being a little noisy and said to his colleagues “ omg I hate kids , I really can’t stand kids” and she agrees. why work at a PEDIATRICIAN OFFICE if you hate kids ? I don’t get it. I feel bad for Dr Dhingra because he’s such a nice doctor but those receptionist are going to ruin his business. I rather the customer service I used to get at his old office."

"I use to love this place, the Dr is great the ladies receptionist is great. But every since the male receptionist started am becoming to dislike this office. He is rude, unprofessional and not knowledgeable. Everyone deserves a chance but by now I think he should understand how to do his job, instead it's getting worst. "Update: Beware of the rude receptionists they are very nasty!!! This post is updated. It's not only the male receptionist it's the female receptionist as well. I am considering transferring all my kids from this wretched place. Customer service can definitely make or break a business and this is the last straw! Fyi: when they hang up they will converse with office staff about you and your family business. Little did they know, I could hear them while waiting to be seen. Confidentiality is not there. Be very careful! Original post: Dr. Dhingra is awesome! He is very knowledgeable and caring, but there are new receptionists that can definitely deter new patients from enrolling in services. One in particular is the male receptionist, his attitude is unpleasant and unprofessional. The 1st line of communication in any medical establishment is through customer service, so being that this is a pediatric medical facility I would expect an empathetic, enthusiastic, friendly and atleast a happy attitude to be presented when working with this patient population. If you can get past the new receptionists attitudes and slow response to administrative requests, I would suggest Dr. Dhingra all the way!!!"
