"Getting actually seen by doctors (due to appointment availability) is tough tough! When child is sick and needs to be seen - practically only option is trying walk in. In general the staff (for info/questions) is very hard to get to. Nurses and doctors are good though - patient and handle kids as well as they can. Anything other than that is not great."

"The doctors are great but is absolutely impossible to get an anointment with your regular doctor. My son was supposed to have a check up in October and they were booked through December. Ever since the merger with Stamford Health it is more difficult to get appointments. Called today and the staff was rude."

"Doctors here are nice but the front office staff and nurses are nightmares. Don't even smile back when you smile at them and they make appointment scheduling a hell. Too rude and too much attitude. Come down your high horses; receptionists and nurses!"

"I have been trying to get a new patient appointment for weeks and Sue hasn’t returned my calls after I sent in all appropriate paperwork and medical records. She told me everything was all set and has failed to follow up with an appointment. I have never been to this institution, I’m sure the providers are wonderful, but my son has literally been abandoned and has no provider. Once they told us they would take him, we transitioned care from NYC to here. He’s 16 months and they have been unable to accommodate an appointment. Won’t even return my phone calls. Very poor professionalism. Very disappointed. I myself am a physician and this is not acceptable."
