"Dr. Fortgang does not seem to care about his patients, at least not about me. He flat out told me there was zero he could do for my newly developed, deafening tinnitus, but wanted to make a follow up just cause. My appointment was approaching but must be rescheduled because he is going on vacation, has to be in the OR, blah blah blah. The next appointment requires me to drive to New Haven again when I live in Milford and is not for an entire 3 weeks after when I was supposed to be seen. I have developed severe agitation, don't sleep, and cannot concentrate in class, but Southern CT ENT does not seem to care. Also, the receptionist that called saying I needed to reschedule sounded VERY unfriendly. Like I have said in a previous review, this office is incredibly unprofessional and I wish I had another option. The central registration was more kind than the Dr has been."
