"I was one of the youngest patients here. I been battling PCOS for 2 years and I was sent by my OB here to start my Infertility Journey. I had Dr. Makhajani and at first everything went well. She sent me to get a hysteroscopy to remove polyps in my uterus which was a success. After that I felt like she completely disregarded me. I only saw her once in person and twice through video in a span of almost a year and a half. After numerous failed cycles of ovulation induction and getting denied IUI by my insurance, my body could not take anymore pills. I stopped in March because I felt like no one was listening to me. I met with her virtually and told her to please check me again because I felt something else was going on and she flat out told me “ I know what Im doing and I can assure you I did my job correctly”. I was so discouraged and felt like these people were not in it for care but for the money. They payed more attention to the bills than to my care. It was such a horrible experience for a center that considers themselves “ Service Excellence” . Would not recommend unless you make 6 figures a year."
